I further acknowledge that BTBRC does not provide trip cancellation insurance for participants and any coverage that I desire must be purchased at my own expense.

BTBRC strongly recommends that all participants review their personal insurance coverage needs with their insurance advisors to determine if additional travel insurance is required. Travel insurance may cover items such as: reimbursement for trip delay, missed connections, sickness and/or accident/medical expenses, lost baggage, personal effects, baggage delay, etc.

Each participant must make their own decision regarding insurance, as BTBRC is not authorized to provide advice.
